Passion Fruit Concentrate is the result of removing the natural water in the juice through evaporation. This process is aimed at lowering storage and transportation costs. To get the juice again, you need to add to the concentrate the same amount of water that had previously been evaporated.

NFC JUICE / PURÉE (Not From Concentrate) is just juice squeezed from fruit. When we processed a Passion fruit, we remove from it all non-edible parts (seeds and peel), the result being a 100% pure and natural squeezed juice.
